How do pre-orders work?

We want to make sure we can help you get your bike set up well before snow starts falling! Everything (well, everything that's been unveiled so far at least 😏) is either available now or will be very soon! So, we're providing the option to pre-order some products.

If we have confirmed the approximate ship date of a product, you'll see a pre-order button instead of "sold out". You can add this item to your cart and purchase it as normal (your card will be charged right away). When the product arrives, we'll send it your way!

If the product has been announced, but a ship date has not been solidly confirmed, you won't be able to add the item to your cart, but you can sign up to be notified when it is available.

For every product that you can see so far, we're aiming to be sending them out in September.

What if I bought a mix of pre-order products and ones that were in stock?

By default, we'll hold your order until the pre-ordered products arrive, and ship it all together. However if you'd like the in-stock products right away, just let us know, we'd be happy to look into arranging that.
