CONTEST BEGINS ON July 28 2021 AT 1:00pm (Pacific time zone) AND ENDS ON August 31 2021 AT 9:00 AM (Pacific time zone). (“CONTEST PERIOD”).
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entries to the Contest are collected through 3 channels:
All the above entries must be received by C3 Powersports during the Contest Period. Chance of winning depends on number of entries received. Entrants are not guaranteed to win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Social media interactions (such as but not limited to likes, comments, and shares) must be PUBLIC to be eligible. All entrants who participate in social media entries authorize the Administrator to use any associated data to collect their entries (for example, if an entrant shares a post, C3 shall be allowed to see if the entrant shared the post). Due to privacy settings, it cannot be guaranteed that every entry will be received or will have an equal chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY:Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and United States who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Sponsor(s) and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES: One winner will be chosen at a time. Random number generators will be used to ensure impartiality of the decision and treat every entry equally, but due to challenges associated with privacy rules across platforms, ultimately the Administrator reserves the right to welect winners in any manner that they deem to be fair and appropriate. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent an email and will have twenty-four hours to respond. Administrators are not responsible for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified. Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize. Once verified and accepted, the winner will choose a prize from any of the remaining prizes that have not already been selected by previous winners. If no response is received within twenty-four hours, another winner will be chosen. If a response from the first winner is received later than twenty four hours but before the 20th winner has been selected, that winner will be awarded the current later choice of remaining prizes. For example: if the 2nd winner replies 100 hours late, at which time the 16th winner has been selected; the 2nd winner shall now be declared the 17th winner. The winner selection process will be repeated until twenty (20) winner(s) have been chosen in total. A list of winners will be displayed on C3 Powersports' website. Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial. Maximum 1 prize per household.
