Description
YETI SnowMX rail sliders (aka hyfax/hi-fax/graphite slides).
Item notes: Note these are singles - IE if you're doing both rails you will need to buy qty 2.
Inspect/Replace notes: You should visually inspect your sliders every couple rides or so. There is a line along the length of the sliders to indicate wear - if this line is less than 1/16" (1.5mm) or so from the bottom of the slider at any point along the slider (typically sliders wear out most under the curved section of the rail), I would suggest they should be replaced - if the slider fully wears out, metal-on-metal contact between the rail and the track clips can result in $$$ irrepairable damage to the track and/or rails. Checking/maintaining proper track tension is another important factor.
Depending on the amount of trail riding you do and the condition of the trail/snow, sliders might last between 30-60 hours of riding (or even less if you spend more than a few minutes straight with no lubrication/cooling going to the sliders, for instance on hard-packed ice or spring gravel).
Fitment notes: This part fits every Yeti model to date (and most Timbersleds and MTN.TOP!). Note that 126 kits use 129 sliders.
Important: it's not recommended that you buy Yeti parts online unless you're confident you've determined the correct part numbers for your requirements.
- Yeti's Parts List page is a great resource: yetisnowmx.ca/parts-list
- If you're mounting the Yeti on a new bike, you should also be aware of the YETIverter to help determine adapter parts: yetisnowmx.ca/yetiverter
- More of our spare parts webpages can also be found here: c3powersports.com/collections/yeti-all-spare-parts
You could also check the tab above if there's a Yeti Dealer near you.
Of course, we are also happy to help if you need! Chat box in the corner.
C3 and Yeti are sister companies operated out of the same building, therefore all Yeti parts should always be in stock! But, it's possible that some items are running low or have been phased out, in which case an order could be delayed and/or we'd follow up with you to make changes/substitutions.
