Rail sliders. They are a wear item that should be checked and replaced when needed. Sometimes called hyfax. Colour = black.
Sold as singles (ie 2 required per skid if youre doing a full refresh).

This slider profile is shared amongst all the top brands. In fact compared to the OEM replacement sliders used on certain years of other brand's kits, these are a meaningful quality-of-life upgrade (thicker material and therefore last longer).
